Employees of scratch relax are required to go through background checks as well as training to ensure a safe, comfortable and relaxing environment for guest. Cleanliness and clients well-being is very important to us, we take proper steps for sanitization ensuring hands are thoroughly washed and nails scrubbed with soap and warm-water before and after guest. All tools and utensils are properly sanitized and disinfected, and sheets are always changed in-between clients ensuring clients have fresh clean sheets to lay on and sanitized tools applied to them in a clean and calming environment. We believe not all self-care should be out of reach and that everyone is deserving of a self-care day.
